Thank you for your interest in Power Ranches beef. Our grass fed Limousin beef are naturally lean and possess all the full flavor and tenderness you would expect from only the best. Currently, we offer live animals that will be slaughtered and custom processed to your specifications. We offer three weight classes of animals.

500 pound animal: $1700.00

 
 
  • yield approximately 200 lbs of meat bone-in.
 
     
 

750 pound animal: $1900.00

 
 
  • yield around 300 lbs of packaged beef bone-in.
 
     
 

1000 pound animal: $2200.00

 
 
  • yield roughly 400 lbs of packaged bone-in beef.
 
     
  The price on the whole animal includes paper wrapping. If you want vacuum seal there is an additional charge.
 
     
  PROCESS  
  After the animal has been slaughtered, we then dry age the carcass for 2 weeks. Once the beef has aged, we will then process the animal per your specifications. You have the choice to have the meat processed bone-in, boneless, or both. You determine what cuts you want. We also honor many special requests at no extra charge. All our meat is processed at the University of Arizona. USDA Approved.

 
     
  BREAKDOWN  
  Depending on the cuts you choose, a typical breakdown of a thousand pound animal might be as follows: 10-15 chuck steaks, 4-6 chuck roasts, 2-4 pot roasts, 8-10 packages of short ribs, 2 briskets, 2 prime rib roasts, 16-18 ribeye steaks, 10-12 porterhouse steaks, 10-12 t-bone steaks, 12-14 top sirloin steaks, 2-4 sirloin tip roasts, 8-10 sirloin tip steaks, 2 top round roasts, 8-10 top round steaks, 10-12 london broils, 2 bottom round roasts, 8-10 bottom round steaks, 2 eye round roasts, and 4- 6 eye round steaks. You can also expect to receive around 10-15 cube steaks, 10-15 pounds of stew meat, and 8-10 pounds of fajita meat and around 200 pounds of hamburger. The meat will be individually wrapped in white butcher paper and will be frozen for several days before delivery.  
     
  PAYMENT  
  We accept 1/2 payment in advance of the slaughter, and the remainder is due at delivery. Please mail your completed order form along with a check or money order made out to Power Ranches. You may also email your order form and pay by credit card over the phone. For deliveries in the Phoenix and Tucson metro areas there is no delivery charge. For all others in AZ, and out of state customers, please call for specific delivery and handling fees. Total processing time is normally 4-6 weeks.
